【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesminimumrecommendationsfortheinstallationandpreparationofwood-based,fiber-reinforcedgypsumandfiber-cementpanelunderlaymentssuitabletoreceiveresilientfloorcoverings.Actualrequirementsformaterialstobeused,mixtures,andotherdetailsaregenerallyincludedaspartofprojectplansorspecificationdetailandmayvaryfromtheminimumrecommendationssetforthinthispractice.1.1Thispracticeincludesrecommendationsfortheinstallationofpaneltypeunderlaymentsincludingwoodbased,fiberreinforcedgypsumandfiber-cementpanelunderlayment/subfloorassembliesuponwhichresilientflooringmaybeinstalled.1.2Thestructuralintegrityofsubfloorassembliesisgovernedbylocalbuildingcodes.1.3Thispracticedoesnotsupersedeinanymannertheresilientflooring,underlaymentoradhesivemanufacturer''swritteninstructions.Consulttheindividualresilientflooring,underlaymentoradhesivemanufacturerforspecificrecommendations.Manufacturer''sinstructionssupercedetherecommendationsincludedinthispractice.1.4SeeSupplementaryRequirementsforx201C;SelectWarningsx201D;thathavebeenprovided.1.5Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
