【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass180withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyesterorpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisbasedonpolyamideresin.Class180isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof180andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast200°C.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardisasfollows:–grade1:0,050mmuptoandincluding3,150mm;–grade2:0,050mmuptoandincluding5,000mm;–grade3:0,250mmuptoandincluding1,600mm.ThenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinClause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
