【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportdescribestheimplementationandoperationofinformationmanagementsystemswhichstoreinformationelectronicallyandwheretheissuesoftrustworthiness,reliability,authenticityandintegrityareimportant.Thewholelifecycleofastoredelectronicdocumentiscovered,frominitialcapturetoeventualdestruction.ThisTechnicalReportisforusewithanyinformationmanagementsystem,includingtraditionaldocumentimaging,workflowandCOLD/ERMtechnologies,andusinganytypeofelectronicstoragemediumincludingWORMandrewritabletechnologies.Imagefilesmaypotentiallycontainanytypeofdata:forexample,correspondence,forms,drawings.ThisTechnicalReportcoversallsuchimagefiles,whethercreatedand/orimporteddirectlyorthroughanetwork,fromthetimeatwhichthesystemassumescontroloftheimagefile.ThisTechnicalReportdoesnotcoverprocessesusedtoevaluatetheauthenticityofinformationpriortoitbeingstoredorimportedintothesystem.However,itcanbeusedtodemonstratethatoutputfromthesystemisatruereproductionoftheoriginaldocument.Whereinthisdocumentthetermsystemisused,itshouldbetakenasmeaningtheinformationmanagementsystemthatisbeingreviewed,unlessotherwisestated.
